RETURNS, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS
- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE: All items are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or adjusted for sizing.
- Notify Living With Christ Daily within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any issues with the product(s).
- If your item is damaged upon receipt, you must provide detailed photos of the damaged item(s) for review.
CHECKOUT/ADDRESS CHANGES
- Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made to it.
- Living With Christ Daily is not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address inputted by you (the customer).
PENDING CHARGES/REFUND NOTIFICATIONS
- If you have not received an email confirmation with an order number, there is no active charge (we have not received any money).
- If you attempt multiple charges, you may see "PENDING CHARGES" from your bank. These are holds to ensure proper funding but do not indicate a completed transaction.
- Unless you have an order number and email confirmation, your order is not active.
SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Orders take up to 5 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time (USPS/FEDEX/UPS).
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
ADDRESS ERRORS
- We are unable to make address changes after an item has shipped or is in transit.
- Packages returned to the fulfillment center due to an insufficient address will be refunded for the product cost minus shipping fees.
TRACKING INFORMATION
- If you have not received a tracking email, your order is still being processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes based on the retail value of the package.
- These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by Living With Christ Daily.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties and reject the package, Living With Christ Daily will not refund your order.
- By completing checkout, you agree to pay all applicable duties and taxes for your country.
- Some countries may require additional fees (e.g., Collect on Delivery (COD)), which are paid to the local carrier and not collected by Living With Christ Daily.
CUSTOMS PROCESSING
- Customs authorities require the stated value of your order on the package. They have the right to release, deny release, or delay delivery of shipments.
